In Winter of 2020, I led the web and mobile redesign for one of the largest tire distributors in the country. I worked directly with CEO David Sorbaro from concept to handoff. Throughout this process I conducted over 17 unique user interviews and testing sessions to ensure the redesigned reservation and shopping experience inspired confidence the typical buyer, who tends to know nothing about what makes a tire "good."
